Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mirenku, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use Mirenku.

License

Mirenku is licensed under the Prosperity Public License 3.0.0. This means:

• Free for personal use forever
• 30-day trial for commercial evaluation
• Commercial use beyond trial requires a license

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mirenku only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use Mirenku to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent MyAnimeList's terms of service or rate limits
• Use Mirenku to harvest, scrape, or abuse MAL's services
• Redistribute Mirenku claiming it as your own work
• Use Mirenku for any malicious or harmful purposes

No Warranty

MIRENKU IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• Mirenku will meet your requirements
• Mirenku will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs or issues will be fixed
• Mirenku will be compatible with all systems

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeturnis Development Labs LLC and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use Mirenku, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• System failures
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data
• Maintaining the security of your MAL credentials
• Complying with MyAnimeList's terms of service
• Using Mirenku in accordance with all applicable laws

MyAnimeList Integration

The MyAnimeList integration is provided for convenience. We are not affiliated with MyAnimeList. You must comply with MAL's terms of service when using their API through Mirenku.

Modifications

If you modify Mirenku, you must:

• Comply with the Prosperity Public License
• Not misrepresent your modifications as official Mirenku releases

Privacy

Your use of Mirenku is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Components

Mirenku uses various third-party libraries. Their respective licenses apply to those components.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mirenku after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use Mirenku. You can terminate by stopping use and deleting the software.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
